It heats fast and evenly, releases food effortlessly, and is extraordinarily durable.

The Duralon Blue coating promotes the creation of far infrared radiant heat within the cookware, up to 92% more. This far infrared heat penetrates food from inside and outside at the same time, leaving the food moist and flavorful. The cookware is also induction-ready, with a bonded and reinforced anti-warp stainless steel plate on the bottom, delivering fast, even heat distribution and superior heat retention at any temperature.
