Clean with soap, water, soft sponge and wipe with thin film of Oil. Designed for all stovetops, including induction stovetop. Low to medium heat is recommended. Oven safe to 400℉ ( without handles ). Recommend hand washing for longer term use. Suitable for dishwasher at low temperature. The Instruction is on the back of the card.
